Zwergli Terms, Conditions, Shipping and Other Details Returns and Exchanges – Zwergli wants you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, return the merchandise in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise for a refund on your credit card. You must include the receipt/ packaging slip and insure the package. The cost for the return shipping and insurance will be your responsibility. In order to help us improve customer satisfaction, we ask that you fill in the return reason on the back of the receipt. Payment Information We accept Visa and MasterCard for payment. 6% sales tax will be added to orders shipped to Michigan addresses. Shipping Information Most of our orders usually ship within 2-3 business days after being placed. Some items might not be available at all times due to the fact that all of our products are handmade in small batches in Germany by skilled craftspeople. Out-of-stock items – while shown in our shop – will not be available for orders. Shipping Methods USA For the 48 contiguous states, we use UPS Ground Shipping. For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, etc., and P.O. Boxes, we use USPS Parcel Post. Canada For all of lower Canada, we use UPS Standard Shipping. For NW Territories, Nunavut, Yukon Territory, and P.O. Boxes, we use Parcel Post. Shipping Charges For your convenience, we offer UPS OnLine Shipping Calculation. In addition to the shipping costs, a $3 Handling Charge will be applied to your bill.
